Step 1: Reserve Your Date

A $50 non-refundable booking fee secures your private party date and time. This fee reserves your studio space and is separate from the cost of each guest's project.

Step 2: Invite Your Crew

Private parties require a minimum of 6 participating guests. Once your date is confirmed, we'll coordinate the details of your event, including hat selections and guest registration.

Step 3: Make It Your Own

You're welcome to bring food, snacks, drinks (including BYOB), decorations, and balloons to make your celebration extra special!

Whether you're planning a birthday celebration or a fun night with friends, feel free to add your personal touches.

Step 4: Let's Get Creative!

On party day, we'll walk everyone through the hat burning process. Once your designs are complete, it's time for the fun finishing touches! Visit our embellishment bar to personalize your hats with accessories that reflect your style.

No two hats are ever the same, and that's part of the fun!

Party Duration: 3 hours total, including your personal decorating/setup time, crafting, celebrating, and cleanup.

Minimum Guests: 6 participating guests

Booking Fee: $50 (non-refundable and not applied toward project costs)

Food & Drinks: Outside food and beverages are welcome, including BYOB for adult private parties.

Decorations: Balloons and party decorations are welcome. All personal items and decorations must be removed before the end of your reserved time.

Age Requirement: Hat burning is recommended for ages 16 and older. Guests under 18 must have parental consent and a completed waiver.
