Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Crown and Crook, LLC! We take pride in the craftsmanship of our laser-cut wooden signs, custom engravings, and creative workshop experiences. Please review our policy below regarding returns, refunds, and event cancellations.

Returns & Exchanges

Custom & Personalized Items

Due to the custom nature of personalized products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Non-Custom Items

Non-custom items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully inspect all products before shipping, but if your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us at info@crownandcrook.com within 3 days of delivery

  • Include a description and photo of the damage or defect

Once reviewed, we will offer either a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed once eligible returned items are received and inspected.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow up to 7 business days after approval for the refund to process

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Workshop & Event Policies

Individual Workshop Registrations

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the event are eligible for rescheduling or a credit toward a future workshop.

Because workshop seats are limited and materials are prepared in advance, cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are not eligible for refunds.

No-Show Policy

Participants who do not attend their scheduled workshop or cancel on the day of the event are considered no-shows and are not eligible for refunds, credits, or rescheduling.

Private Event Bookings

Deposits for private events are non-refundable. However, deposits may be applied toward a rescheduled date if cancellation occurs at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled event, subject to availability.

After-Event Refunds

Once a workshop, class, or private event has been attended, refunds will not be issued. Materials, preparation time, and reserved seating are included in the workshop fee.

If you experience an issue during an event, please notify a Crown and Crook team member at the time of the workshop so we can do our best to address the concern.

Project Results Disclaimer

All workshops are creative experiences, and project outcomes may vary based on individual skill level and artistic style. Crown and Crook, LLC does not guarantee identical results for all participants.

Our instructors are there to guide and assist, but each project is uniquely created by the participant.
