Thank you for supporting Crown and Crook, LLC! Many of our items are handmade or custom created, and we appreciate your patience while we carefully craft and prepare your order.

Order Processing Times

Non-Custom Items
Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days after purchase.

Custom & Personalized Items
Custom orders require additional production time and typically ship within 10–14 business days.

Processing times may vary during busy seasons, holidays, or high order volume.

Shipping Methods

We ship orders within the United States only using the following carriers:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the carrier and destination.

At this time, we offer standard shipping only.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Local Pickup

Customers located in the San Antonio area may choose local pickup at our studio.

Pickup is available during studio open hours.

You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup along with instructions for scheduling.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are controlled by the shipping carrier.

If a package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier. Replacement items may be sent after the carrier claim has been reviewed or approved.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.

If an incorrect address is entered, we will contact you to confirm the correct address before reshipping the order if the package is returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply.

Shipping Responsibility

Crown and Crook, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Crown and Crook, LLC cannot guarantee recovery of the package. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance with delivery issues.
